Dr. Ignatius Atsu

Dr. Ignatius Atsu attended Mary Knoll College, Okuku and the
University of Calabar, where he read Economics, graduating with
a Bachelor of Science. In 1992, he was promoted to the position
of Director and deployed to the Internal Revenue Service, where
he served for 12 years. He also worked as the Program Manager
for the USAID Jobs and Business Development Services (JOBS)
initiative in Cross River and Kano States for about 6 years. He was
Director, Investment Promotion/One Stop Investment Centre
and the pioneer Director General, Microfinance and Enterprise
Development Agency (MEDA). He is an author of several books
as well as scholarly articles in local and international academic
journals.
