Prince Joe Aras Abue

Prince Joe Aras Abue was born in Idum-Mbube, Ogoja and
attended the famous Mary Knoll College, Okuku, Ogoja and the
University of Nigeria, Nsukka where he graduated in Political
Science with B.Sc. (Hons) in June 1974.He was employed by the
Cross River State Government as an Administrative officer. While
still in the service of the Cross River State Prince Abue was
appointed Hon. Commissioner For works and Transport, Hon
Commissioner for Commerce, Industries and Tourism, Principal
Secretary to the Military Governor (PSMG) under the then
Governor Ibim Princewill and later member Cross River State
Executive Council by the Military Regime Commodore Ibrahim
Kefas.. He retired from the Civil Service after 28 years of service in 2004.

He is presently a farmer, businessman and politician.
