Michael Ana

Michael is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a business and financial advisory consultant with more than 26 years of experience. His career has spanned banking operations, credit analysis, treasury and asset management, and stockbroking, and he has held senior management positions at a Pan-African bank, including Country Head, Commercial Banking, and Group Head, Lagos & South Zones. He is Principal Consultant at Dominion Excel Limited, helping commercial and mid-sized companies with business transformation, process improvement and project management.

A graduate of Accounting, Michael is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA) and a Fellow of the Institute of Management Consultants (FIMC). He is also a change management practitioner, and has been admitted by a US court as an expert witness in economic loss valuation. As a consultant he has raised debt for companies through development finance institutions and structured equity investments.

A keen football fan, Michael sits on the Board of Trustees of an All-Stars football club and on the board of his local parish. His other interests are real estate and trading: he is a Director of The Yard Terraces and of Dominion DTR Limited. He is happily married with children.
